Refund policy

1.General Policy
At Freebird, our products are handcrafted with care and are often made-to-order or one-of-a-kind. Due to the unique nature of our creations, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

Handmade & Natural Variations:
As our products are entirely handcrafted from organic materials—including exotic leathers, stones, and bone—slight variations in color, texture, and size are expected. These unique characteristics are inherent to our artisanal process and are not considered defects. Each piece is uniquely yours.


2.Exceptions for Special Cases
We want you to love your purchase. We will only consider returns or exchanges under the following specific circumstances:"
• Damaged during transit: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and the packaging.
• Defective or wrong item: If we sent the wrong item or there is a significant functional defect, we will rectify the issue.
3.Cancellations
Since many items are started immediately after an order is placed, cancellations are only accepted within 12-24 hours of purchase. Once the crafting process has begun, we cannot cancel the order.
4.International Shipping & Customs
Please note that shipping costs and any customs duties/taxes are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs if a return is approved.
